This Platform is exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 because:

• No real performers: All character interactions are powered by artificial intelligence. The AI character "Dr. Lidia Verhoeven" is entirely fictional and is not based on or depicting any real person;
• AI-generated text only: The Platform's core content consists of AI-generated text responses. No photographs, videos, or visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct are produced by the Platform;
