1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using drlidiaverhoeven.com (the "Platform"), operated by BlankCanvas OÜ ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in Estonia (Registration Code: 16318158, VAT: EE102415878), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
The Platform provides an AI-powered interactive entertainment experience for adults. All interactions take place with an artificial intelligence character. The AI character is fictional and does not represent a real person, licensed therapist, medical professional, or counselor. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not provide any form of medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where access to adult content is prohibited by law;
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You may access a limited number of messages without an account. Continued access requires registration via magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your account, create multiple accounts, or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
5. Credits and Payments
The Platform uses an internal credit system. Credits may be purchased through our payment processor and are used for various interactions on the Platform including messages, tasks, and other features.
- Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
- All purchases are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
- Credits are non-transferable and may only be used on the Platform.
- Credits have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Generate, solicit, or distribute content involving minors in any sexual or harmful context;
- Harass, threaten, or harm any real person;
- Attempt to circumvent age verification or content safety measures;
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform;
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, AI-generated responses, and software, is the property of BlankCanvas OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All character responses on the Platform are generated by artificial intelligence. This content:
- Is entirely fictional and for entertainment purposes only;
- Does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise);
- May contain errors, inconsistencies, or creative inventions;
- Should not be relied upon for any real-world decisions or actions;
- Does not represent the views or opinions of BlankCanvas OÜ.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant BlankCanvas OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform services. We may retain and use anonymized, aggregated data derived from user interactions for service improvement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlankCanvas OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlankCanvas OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable policy;
- Fraudulent or illegal activity;
- Failure to meet age requirements;
- Excessive chargebacks or payment disputes;
- Activity that harms the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@drlidiaverhoeven.com.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Language
These Terms and all other legal documents on the Platform are provided in English only. The English text is the sole binding version. Any translation, whether provided by us, by your browser, or by a third party, is for convenience only and has no legal effect; in the event of any discrepancy, the English text prevails. Nothing in this section affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of habitual residence, which apply regardless of the language of these Terms.
