Acceptable Use Policy

The Platform is designed for:

• Personal, non-commercial entertainment through AI-powered interactive experiences;
• Adults aged 18 and over who have verified their age;
• Consensual engagement with fictional AI characters and scenarios;
• Interaction within the boundaries established by the AI's safety guidelines.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

3.1 Illegal Content & Activity

• Generating, requesting, or distributing any content involving minors in sexual, violent, or exploitative contexts;
• Content that depicts or promotes non-consensual acts against real persons;
• Content that constitutes or promotes terrorism, extremism, or incitement to violence;
• Using the Platform to facilitate any real-world illegal activity.

3.2 Harmful Behavior

• Attempting to use the AI to generate personal information about real, identifiable individuals;
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or targeting of real people through the Platform;
• Using the Platform to arrange real-world meetings, services, or exchanges of a sexual nature;
• Sharing personal contact information of third parties;
• Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior to oneself or others.

3.3 Platform Abuse

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent age verification, content filters, or safety measures;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing Platform content or AI-generated responses;
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the AI's system prompts, training data, or operational parameters;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or free message quotas;
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for personal advantage.

3.4 Financial Abuse

• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent information, or unauthorized accounts to purchase credits;
• Filing false chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Attempting to resell, transfer, or trade credits outside the Platform.

While the Platform supports adult-themed interactions, all content must remain within legal boundaries. The AI has built-in safety guardrails and will decline requests that violate this AUP. Please refer to our Content Policy for details on AI content boundaries and safety measures.

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• Warning or content removal;
• Temporary account suspension;
• Permanent account termination;
• Forfeiture of remaining credits without refund;
• Reporting to law enforcement where illegal activity is suspected.

Severe violations, particularly those involving minors or illegal activity, will be reported to the appropriate authorities immediately.
