Age Verification Policy

Access to the Platform and all its features, including AI-powered chat interactions, task assignments, and credit purchases, is restricted to users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

We employ multiple layers of age verification to prevent access by minors:

Entry Age Confirmation

Before entering the chat experience, users are presented with a prominent age confirmation dialog that requires them to confirm being 18 years or older. Users who do not confirm their age are denied access.

Registration Verification

During account creation, users must separately and explicitly confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. An account cannot be created without that confirmation, and the confirmation is recorded against the account.

Terms Acceptance

Users must explicitly acknowledge and agree that they are at least 18 years of age when accepting the Terms of Service during registration.

Payment Verification

Credit purchases require a valid payment method. The use of a personal credit card or verified payment account provides an additional layer of age assurance, as these instruments are generally only available to adults.

We actively monitor for signs that a user may be underage, including but not limited to:

• Self-disclosure of being under 18 in chat messages;
• Behavioral patterns inconsistent with adult users;
• Reports from other users or third parties;
• Discrepancies in age-related information across the Platform.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe a user is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and permanently terminated if age requirements are not met.

We are aware that certain jurisdictions have enacted specific age verification requirements for adult content platforms. We are committed to compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• European Union: Digital Services Act (DSA) requirements;
• United States: State-level age verification laws (e.g., Louisiana Act 440, Texas HB 1181, Virginia SB 1515);
• United Kingdom: Online Safety Act age verification requirements.

We may implement additional verification measures, such as third-party identity verification, for users in jurisdictions that require them. Access may be restricted in jurisdictions where compliance cannot be assured.
